"The Home of the Infantry/The Queen of Battle," where he trained for two months of boot camp and two months of (A.I.T.) Advanced Infantry Training. After training in Fort Benning, Ga., he was stationed in Germany, covering conflicts such as Bosnia Herzegovina and the war on terrorism; after completing his enlistment, he started teaching high school at the age of 22 years old becoming a special education high school teacher.

Later in his life, he enlisted in the United States Navy as an (O.P.S.P.E.C.) Cowpens CG-63 and other platforms such: as the U.S.S. Denver L.P.D. (9), U.S.S. Wasp L.H.D. (1) and U.S.S. Ashland (48).

Moses was the lead instructor for the Security Readiness Force Team (S.R.T.) aboard the U.S.S. Denver in Japan for anti-terrorist countermeasures. Aboard the U.S.S. Denver was an active member and trainer on the Combat System Training Team (C.S.T.T.), where he would infiltrate security countermeasures, take hostages, and plant explosives around the ship.

In 2010 Moses was certified as a Fireman and as a Lead Investigator. He sought out fires and protected personnel around the ship; between his Army and Navy career, he has covered each conflict and war between 1994-2015.

At the age of 28 years old, Moses designed and opened up an educational school in 2003 in Virginia; for Real Estate, Music Engineering, Martial Arts, Film, Computer Technology, Making Money on the Internet, Job Hunting, Cooking, Hardware, and Software Setups, Protection Against Fraud, Website Designs, Leadership, Management, Microsoft Office, Computer Graphics, Financial Investments, Personal Trainers, Traveling, Motivational Speaking, Gambling Techniques, Photography, Card Tricks, Basic Car Mechanic work, Interviewing, Piano Lessons, Music Videos, Video Editing and Spy tactics. Moses has produced over 300 videos from the 1996-2019-time frame.

In 2004 Moses received his certification as a Sound Engineer in Music Production, since then and has created over 300 movie scores.

Moses plays many different instruments starting with the trumpet; at the age of 10, his favorite is the piano he teaches abroad. He can also build music studios from scratch, creating quality sound to record instruments or vocals.

Moses has multiple certificates from Harvard business school, being a certified Master Training Specialist for the United States government; in 2004, he could teach at the Surface Warfare Officer School in Rhode Island next to the war college for top-notched officers.

In 2010 when in Subic Bay, Philippines, Moses helped restore a school after a natural disaster while on tour with the U.S.S. Cowpens.

Moses started his culinary Training when he was five years old, watching his grandmother in Louisiana. In 2014 Moses and his wife created "New York Wings and Louisiana Things" using different food varieties worldwide. Moses has created more than 100 instructional videos on preparing those dishes.

In 2015 Moses completed over 200 certificates/certifications in the military, making him number one for the most programs conducted in under 20 years. When Moses was stationed in San Diego, he completed Financial Training for military personnel, instructing them on building wealth and maintaining finances.

In 2016 he worked as a Security Field Supervisor Exclusive for the Entertainment Industry in Atlanta, working on set with Ice Cube, Tom Hanks, Tracy Morgan, Lorenzo Tate, Taraji P. Henson, Jamie Fox, Vin Diesel, Kevin Spacey, John Travolta, Tanisha Arnold, Peter Dinklage, Clint Eastwood, Melissa McCarthy and many more.

Moses has completed over 100 military missions from periods 1994-to 2015. He retired with 21 years and seven months of service with an honorable discharge at 39. Still, before separating, he received his bachelor's degree in public administration and has a master's degree in Homeland Security that he completed in 2019.

Moses started a one-year Internship Program for the year 2020 for upcoming millionaires, instructing them in life and financial wealth. Moses' Philosophy is "Saving money is making money."

Being left-handed attributes some of his abilities, but not all left-handers are not better than right-handed people; we are simply different in how we process information. Left-handers score higher when it comes to creativity, imagination, and intuition. They are also better at rhythm and visualization and have higher intelligence levels.

Left-handed people are said to be good at complex reasoning, resulting in many lefty Nobel Prize winners, writers, artists, musicians, architects, and mathematicians. According to research published in the American Journal of Psychology, lefties appear to be better at divergent thinking. Famous left-handed intellectuals include Albert Einstein, Isaac Newton, Charles Darwin, and Benjamin Franklin.

Traditionally left-handers have a better 3D perception and overall concept of strategic thinking. 3D perception is depth perception: the visual ability to perceive the world in three dimensions and the distance of an object. Lefties have a better gauge on how far or close things are. International Left-Handers Day is an international day observed annually on August 13 to celebrate the uniqueness and differences of the left-handers. The day was first observed in 1976 by Dean R. Campbell, founder of Lefthanders International.

Martial Arts

FOUNDER: Moses Cordell Anderson (Don Len Dut) Ving Shun Institution of Martial Science."

Moses has been studying Martial Arts since the 1980s and designed his system in 1996 in Spring Lake, North Carolina. He has traveled around the world researching and teaching not for money, fame, or glory, but to find the purity in the Martial Arts of what it means to him.

Moses Anderson's Self-defense system has been pressured tested globally, with the mindset of warrior fighting tactics.

At the age of 22 years old, Moses established the "M.C.A. International Martial Arts Consultant Firm.

Moses opened his first Dojo in North Carolina, teaching Wing Chun, Muay Thai, Silat, Krav Maga, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu concepts.

Founder of DON LEN DUT (Melting Pot) Kungfu is the most distinctive Martial Science globally. Refining character, self-development, self-confidence, physical conditioning, and a self-defense system that remains unequaled inefficiency.

Moses DONLENDUT self-defense methods are geared toward the individual; thus, the student's progress is faster, finding personal self-defense practical for today's threats and builds one's strengths and weaknesses.

Since he was six years old, Moses has been working with wood and metal, building frames for kites using newspaper and flour for glue. Moses still builds handmade custom Wing Chun dummies, shadow boxes, martial arts weapons, walking sticks, and many wood-based and metal projects.

Moses has instructed over 1000 military personnel in hand-to-hand combat using his extensive Martial Arts background. His unique technique training includes Mind Reading Algorithms, Iron Palm, DIM MAK (pressure points) One/Three-inch punch, 40 strikes in 5-second bursts, Iron Body/Neck strikes conditioning.

Moses has designed many programs, including Martial Arts Film School Seminars, Martial Arts Competitions, Martial Arts Seminars, Martial Arts Video Cinematography/Photographers, and Martial Arts Certification Programs.

Martial Arts Weapons Combat Systems include Knives, Swords, Karambit, Pocket Stick, Cane, Nun Chucks, Bo, Flexible Weapon, Improvised Weapons, Concealed Weapons, Kali Double Sticks.

Moses studied under Jack Dark Muda Kwon T.K.D./Karate when he was 26 years old in Virginia in the Navy.

Moses studied Shaolin Kempo Karate under Jesse Harding in Newport, RI. at the age of 30, which is a martial art style that combines the Five Animals of Shaolin Kung Fu Tiger, Crane, Snake, Leopard, and Dragon is the core competency of Kempo, the hard-hitting linear explosiveness of traditional Karate, as well as the power of Western boxing and grappling arts of Jujutsu and Chin Na (seizing and separating of joints) "Shaolin" is Chinese for "young forest," where Shaolin Kung Fu originated. "Kempo" is Japanese for "law of the fist." Shaolin Kempo combines the circular, fluid motion of Chinese Kung Fu and the linear, powerful movements of Japanese Karate. It is a highly effective, practical art for street self-defense.

Keeping traditions in the Wing Chun community and strengthening the philosophies, principles, and techniques for today's threat in the 21st Century; Moses started his Wing Chun training in Little Creek, Virginia, in 1998

Móxī, 摩西) (Q999) Moses Anderson also teaches traditional and non-classical Wing Chun abroad including all techniques and principles such as:

Sil Lim Tau, an essential foundation, is the first of the hand forms of Wing Chun Kung Fu. It teaches the student the basics of martial arts. Inspired by movements from both crane style kung fu and snake style kung fu. Sil Lim Tao is referred to as "Little Idea." In the beginning, there is an idea, and after the concept, greatness can be achieved. It strengthens the legs through the stance. Helping the student understand critical principles like the economy of motion and the centerline. Using soft and hard Wing Chun application will later develop into full delivery of the Kinetic Energy of your arm and body into the target, without compromising balance.

Chum Kiu, or Seeking the Bridge, which is Wing Chun Kungfu's second form, Chum Kiu builds on the base of knowledge learned in the first form and teaches the practitioner how to use these skills under different conditions, i.e., with movement and turning. There are two main points in Chum Kiu: to avoid attacks by hanging and to be stable. Practice using the turning or Yiu Ma, with techniques to help generate power in strikes and blocks. Introduces kicking techniques to the student. Introduces Biu Ma stepping to the student. Essential for being able to chase down a target or close the distance to the opponent. Most kicks are delivered to targets below the waist, like the groin or knees.

Biu Gee or Darting fingers

Biu Gee is the third and final hand form of the Wing Chun Kung Fu system and was traditionally only taught to close or trusted Wing Chun students. Biu Jee promotes and develops many emergency techniques. Part of Biu Gee teaches the student how to perfect 'inch energy,' enabling the practitioner to generate power through short distances. The last part of the form contains ways to recover the centerline and some large areas covered and strikes in different directions.

Six-and-a-half-point Wing Chun long pole form.

Luk Dim Boon Kwan means six 1/2-point poles; it uses the shoulder as the centerline. The power from the long bridge of the two arms is concentrated into one point and is shot out to the different positions in the form. It only has six- and one-half techniques. The last is the half, a rapid downward movement from the chest. This form only has six different methods repeated in various directions and the half technique of dropping the pole. History suggests the pole form probably entered the Wing Chun system because people lived and trained on riverboats.

Muk Yan Jong, sometimes called Mok Yan Chong, has 116 techniques comprising the wooden dummy form taught by the late grandmaster Ip Man. Initially, the form Ip Man put together was 108 techniques, but later more kicks were added. The dummy form is often said to contain the fighting techniques of the Wing Chun system.

This does not mean that the practices learned in the three empty forms are not for fighting or combat; the difference is application. The open hand forms must be applied to a situation and cannot always be performed exactly as they appear in the form.

In contrast, the techniques in the Dummy form are committed against the 'Jong' or Dummy and therefore are being practiced in a way that applies them directly. The advantages of Training on a wooden dummy are that it can be hit as hard as the practitioner wishes and trained on for long hours. The Dummy does not move much; the practitioner learns mobility while circling the Dummy in conjunction with blocking and striking hand technique. The key benefits of Training on a dummy will improve Yiu Ma (power from the waist), correct distance, forces good structure in techniques and conditioning of the hands and arms; because the Dummy is a solid object any mistakes in the practitioner's design, like incorrect angle and position of block or inappropriate use of energy, is easily identifiable.

The Bart Cham Dao, sometimes called Batt Jam Dao, literally means eight cutting knives. Baat is the number 8, Cham is to cut or slash, and Dao refers to a single-edged blade like a knife or sword. Learning the Baat Cham Dao will drastically improve wrist strength if appropriately trained regularly.

Wing Chun History

The founder of the Wing Chun Kung Fu System, Miss Yim Wing Chun, was a native of Canton Kwangtung Province in China. Her father, Yim Yee, was wrongfully accused of a crime and, rather than risk jail, they slipped away and finally settled down at the foot of Tai Leung Mountain near the border between Yunan and Szechuan provinces. Siu Lam was burned down, and the monks and disciples scattered. Buddhist Abbess Ng Mui, Abbot Chi Shin, Abbot Pak Mei, Master Fung To Tak, and Master Miu Hin escaped and went separate. Ng Mui was already skilled in martial arts, but one day she saw a snake and a crane fighting and started mimicking their techniques creating another foundation of Wing Chun Kungfu. Ng Mui took refuge in the White Crane Temple on Mt. Tai Leung; she met Yim Yee and his daughter Wing Chun from whom she often bought bean curd on her way home from the market. Wing Chun's beauty attracted the attention of a local bully. He tried to force Wing Chun to marry him, and his continuous threats became a source of worry to her and her father. Ng Mui learned of this and took pity on Wing Chun. She agreed to teach Wing Chun fighting techniques so she could protect herself. Wing Chun followed Ng Mui into the mountains and learned Kung Fu.

She trained night and day until she mastered the techniques. Then she challenged the bully to a fight and beat him.

Fundamental Psychology vs. Pseudoscience

Moses has studied different religions worldwide and used other scientific methods to understand behavior and how it affects our daily lives. As a life coach and a mentor, he uses many platforms to understand cognitive behavior. Cognitive-behavioral therapy is a well-established, practical type of short-term therapy. It is based on the connections between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and how they influence each other. Studying the fundamental approach of psychology, astrology, and numerology has helped him to grasp a more profound meaning into a human being's psyche. Moses has researched many different methods to help individuals find their spiritual core in life. The study of psychology consists of the scientific study of how people behave, think, and feel. Psychologists study everything about the human experience, from the essential workings of the human brain to consciousness, memory, reasoning, and language to personality and mental health. The three icons such as behaviorism, psychoanalysis, and humanistic psychology, were the primary leaders in American psychology. Behaviorism is a theory of learning that states all behaviors are learned through interaction with the environment through conditioning. Thus, behavior is simply a response to environmental stimuli. Humanistic psychology is a perspective that emphasizes looking at the whole individual and stresses concepts such as free will, self-efficacy, and self-actualization. Rather than concentrating on dysfunction, humanistic psychology strives to help people fulfill their potential and maximize their well-being.

Sigmund Freud's psychoanalytic theory of personality argues that human behavior results from the interactions among three parts of the mind: the id, ego, and superego. The id (Latin for "it") is oblivious of the external world and unaware of the passage of time. According to Freud, the ego develops from the id and ensures that the id's impulses can be expressed in a manner acceptable in the real world. The ego functions in the conscious, preconscious, and unconscious mind. The ego is the component of personality responsible for dealing with reality. The superego provides guidelines for making judgments. If you put these components together, the id, ego, and superego create human behavior. The id creates the demands, the ego adds the needs of reality, and the superego adds morality to the action taken.

Astrology is a pseudoscience that claims to divine information about human affairs and terrestrial events by studying celestial objects' movements and relative positions. Even though scientific studies have never found evidence for astrologers' claims, some people still think astrology is scientific. The idea behind astrology is that stars and planets influence human affairs and terrestrial events.

Numerology is any belief in the divine or mystical relationship between a number and one or more coinciding events. It is also the study of the numerical value of the letters in words, names, and ideas. It is often associated with the paranormal, alongside astrology and similar divinatory arts.

I have studied many people and given readings to many more; by combining fundamental psychology and pseudoscience, I can tap into human beings mentally, physically, and spiritually core; to help them have a deeper understanding of themselves.
